Please read these Terms of Use (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services offered by Pagewriter Studio (“Pagewriter Studio”). By visiting the website and/or mobile app or using the services in any manner, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by and a party to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the exclusion of all other terms. If the terms of this Agreement are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms. If you do not unconditionally agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you have no right to use the apps or services. Use of Pagewriter Studio’s services is expressly conditioned upon your assent to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, to the exclusion of all other terms. If you do not agree to these terms of service, please do not use this website or the app.

Who can use

Pagewriter Studio does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow such persons to register for the Services. If you are under 13, please do not attempt to register for the Services or send any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, or email address. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to Pagewriter Studio or on the Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under 13, please contact us at info@pagewriterstudio.com.

You represent and warrant to Pagewriter Studio that: (i) you are of legal age and you can form a binding contract with us and you are not prohibited by law from accessing or using the services; (ii) all registration information you submit is accurate and truthful; and (iii) you will maintain the accuracy of such information. You also certify that you are legally permitted to use and access the Services and take full responsibility for the selection and use of and access to the Services. This Agreement is void where prohibited by law, and the right to access the Services is revoked in such jurisdictions.

Placing Orders for Goods

By placing an Order for Goods through the Service, You warrant that You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Your Information

If You wish to place an Order for Goods available on the Service, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.

You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete.

By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:

• Goods availability
• Errors in the description or prices for Goods
• Errors in Your Order

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Any Goods you purchase cannot be returned in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and Our Returns Policy. However, all users have the right to cancel this service whenever they choose.

AI Text Generation Disclaimer

Pagewriter Studio offers AI-powered text generation tools as part of its services. These tools are designed to assist users in creating high-quality written content using advanced artificial intelligence models including OpenAI, Claude, and Deepseek. However, Pagewriter Studio does not guarantee that content generated through these tools will meet all user expectations, be completely accurate, or achieve any specific outcome.

User Responsibility: Users acknowledge and agree that they are solely responsible for all content generated using Pagewriter Studio’s services. Pagewriter Studio shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from the use of such content, including but not limited to accuracy issues, copyright infringement claims, professional repercussions, academic penalties, or any other adverse outcomes.

No Guarantee of Quality or Accuracy: Pagewriter Studio expressly disclaims any warranty or guarantee regarding the quality, accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content. AI models may produce content that contains errors, biases, or inappropriate material despite our best efforts to provide quality service.

Third-Party AI Services: Pagewriter Studio utilizes third-party AI services including OpenAI, Claude, and Deepseek. We are not responsible for any limitations, outages, or changes to these third-party services that may affect the quality or availability of our service.

Use at Your Own Risk: Users understand and agree that they use Pagewriter Studio’s text generation tools at their own risk. Pagewriter Studio shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of these tools.

Ethical Use: Users are expected to use these tools ethically and responsibly, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Pagewriter Studio does not condone or support the use of its services for any illegal or unethical activities, including but not limited to plagiarism, misinformation, harassment, or fraud.

Content Review: Users are strongly advised to review, fact-check, and edit all AI-generated content before use, especially for professional, academic, or commercial purposes.

By using Pagewriter Studio’s text generation features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites.

We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

Pagewriter Studio reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.

The prices quoted may be revised by Pagewriter Studio subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.

Payments

Payment can be made through a valid card (credit cards or debit cards) and are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of Your Order.

Subscriptions

Subscription period

The Service or some parts of the Service are available only with a paid Subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis either monthly or yearly, depending on the type of Subscription plan you select when purchasing the Subscription.

At the end of each period, Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless You cancel it or Pagewriter Studio cancels it.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time, either manually through your dashboard or by contacting us at info@pagewriterstudio.com. Please note that when you cancel your subscription, any unused tokens or credits will be immediately forfeited.

Refunds are only available if the cancellation occurs within 5 days of the start of your initial free trial, regardless of whether you upgraded to a paid plan during that time. After this 5-day period, all payments are final and non-refundable. If you cancel after this period, you will retain access to the service for the remainder of your billing cycle, but no refund will be issued. Token and credit deductions will occur at the time of cancellation.

Cancel Subscription During Trial or with Active Plan

To cancel your subscription, navigate to your account settings and click “Manage Subscription.” A new window will open where you can cancel your current subscription.

If you are within your 5-day free trial, you may cancel at any time and no charges will apply. If you upgrade to a paid plan during your trial, you will still only be eligible for a refund within 5 days of the start of the trial not from the upgrade date. After the 5-day trial period, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

If you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at info@pagewriterstudio.com after canceling your plan to initiate the process.

Refunds

Refunds are strictly limited to cancellations made within 5 days of the start of your initial free trial. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions, regardless of when payment was made.

Refunds will not be granted:

• After the 5-day period under any condition
• If you upgraded during the trial and later request a refund after the 5-day window from your initial trial activation
• If your usage within the 5-day period is deemed excessive or abusive
• For any AI-generated content that does not meet user expectations
• Due to third-party AI service limitations or outages

Pagewriter Studio reserves the right to assess all refund requests and deny those that fall outside of fair usage expectations or that indicate potential misuse of the service.

Free Trial

Pagewriter Studio offers a 5-day free trial, giving users full access to the platform to evaluate its features and suitability before committing to a paid subscription. Once the trial period ends, or you manually upgrade during the trial, our no-refund policy will apply after the 5-day window has passed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Manual Trial Cancellation Followed by Upgrade
By upgrading, you acknowledge that you are foregoing the remainder of your trial and are committing to a paid subscription. Additionally, once the 5-day period from the start of your trial has passed, no refunds will be granted — even if the upgrade was made earlier during the trial.

Excessive or Suspicious Usage
If your usage during the 5-day refund eligibility period significantly exceeds average levels — especially in ways that suggest potential abuse or unfair intent — Pagewriter Studio reserves the right to deny any refund request. If a user upgrades to a paid subscription during the free trial and cancels within the 5-day trial window, but has generated more than 50,000 words or made more than 500 API requests, this may be considered fraudulent or excessive use. In such cases, a refund will not be issued.

Billing

You must provide Pagewriter Studio with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, postal code, telephone number, and a valid payment method.

Should automatic billing fail for any reason, Pagewriter Studio will issue an electronic invoice requiring manual payment by the due date indicated on the invoice.

Fee Changes

Pagewriter Studio may, at its sole discretion and at any time, modify the subscription fees. Any changes to subscription fees will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.

We will provide reasonable prior notice of any fee change so that you have the opportunity to cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

Your continued use of the service after the new subscription fee goes into effect constitutes your agreement to the updated pricing.

You may be required to enter Your billing information in order to sign up for the Free Trial.

If You do enter Your billing information when signing up for a Free Trial, You will not be charged by Pagewriter Studio until the Free Trial has expired. On the last day of the Free Trial period, unless You canceled Your Subscription, You will be automatically charged the applicable Subscription fees for the type of Subscription You have selected.

At any time and without notice, Pagewriter Studio reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer.

Data Processing and Privacy

Data Collection: Pagewriter Studio collects and processes user data for service provision, account management, and marketing purposes. This includes but is not limited to account information, usage data, and generated content.

Data Storage: All user data is stored on secure hosting servers located within the European Union to ensure compliance with applicable data protection regulations.

Marketing Use: By using our services, you consent to the processing of your data for marketing purposes, including but not limited to service improvements, promotional communications, and analytics.

Data Retention: We retain user data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Users may request data deletion subject to our legitimate business interests and legal requirements.

Third-Party Services: Our use of third-party AI services (OpenAI, Claude, Deepseek) may involve data processing by these providers. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such processing.

Promotions

Any Promotions made available through the Service may be governed by rules that are separate from these Terms.

If You participate in any Promotions, please review the applicable rules as well as our Privacy policy. If the rules for a Promotion conflict with these Terms, the Promotion rules will apply.

User Accounts

When You create an account with Us, You must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of Your account on Our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that You use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under Your password, whether Your password is with Our Service or a Third-Party Social Media Service.

You agree not to disclose Your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of Your account.

You may not use as a username the name of another person or entity or that is not lawfully available for use, a name or trademark that is subject to any rights of another person or entity other than You without appropriate authorization, or a name that is otherwise offensive, vulgar or obscene.

Pagewriter Studio only permits one account per user and if you try to create multiple accounts or violate our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to remove your data and ban & restrict your access to our service.

Your Right to Create or Post Content

Pagewriter Studio’s Service allows you to generate and post Content. You are responsible for the Content that you generate using the AI Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By generating and posting Content to the Service, you grant Pagewriter Studio the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service. You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you create, post, or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights. You agree that this license includes the right for Pagewriter Studio to make your Content available to other users of the Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.

You represent and warrant that: (i) the Content is yours (you own it) or you have the right to use it and grant Pagewriter Studio the rights and license as provided in these Terms, and (ii) the posting of your Content on or through the Service does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of any person.

Content Restrictions

Pagewriter Studio is not responsible for the content of the Service’s users. You expressly understand and agree that you are solely responsible for the Content and for all activity that occurs under your account, whether done so by you or any third person using your account.

You may not generate or transmit any Content that is unlawful, offensive, upsetting, intended to disgust, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene or otherwise objectionable. Examples of such objectionable Content include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Unlawful or promoting unlawful activity
• Automated content generation for spam or deceptive purposes
• Defamatory, discriminatory, or mean-spirited content, including references or commentary about religion, race, sexual orientation, gender, national/ethnic origin, or other targeted groups
• Content intended to spread misinformation or disinformation
• Content related to restricted verticals such as substance/drugs use, adult services, illegal activities
• Spam, unauthorized or unsolicited advertising, chain letters, any form of unauthorized solicitation, or any form of lottery or gambling
• Content containing harmful software such as viruses or designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment
• Infringing on proprietary rights of any party, including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity or other rights
• Impersonating any person or entity including Pagewriter Studio and its employees or representatives
• Violating the privacy of any third person
• False information and features
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Content that could be used to harm minors
• Content designed to manipulate elections or democratic processes

Pagewriter Studio reserves the right, but not the obligation, to refuse or remove any Content. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that Pagewriter Studio shall not be liable for any form of content that you may find offensive, indecent, incorrect, or objectionable.

Content Backups

While regular backups of Content are performed, Pagewriter Studio does not guarantee there will be no loss or corruption of data. Pagewriter Studio will provide support and attempt to troubleshoot any known or discovered issues that may affect the backups of Content but acknowledges no liability for the integrity of Content or the failure to restore Content to a usable state.

Copyright Policy

Pagewriter Studio respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to any claim that Content posted on the Service infringes on another’s rights. If you believe in such an infringement, you must submit your notice in writing to the attention of Pagewriter Studio’s copyright agent at info@pagewriterstudio.com.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Pagewriter Studio and its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Links to Other Websites

Pagewriter Studio’s Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Pagewriter Studio. Pagewriter Studio assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party.

Termination

Pagewriter Studio may terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Pagewriter Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Service; (ii) any breach of this Agreement; (iii) any content you generate or submit; or (iv) your violation of any third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability and Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAGEWRITER STUDIO BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS SERVICE.

PAGEWRITER STUDIO PROVIDES THE SERVICE ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. PAGEWRITER STUDIO MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE, OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

Governing Law and Disputes Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If such negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

For EU Users

If you are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory provisions of local law.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Pagewriter Studio’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms.
